The story is told my Mark’s father, Phil. As a parent, Phil wondered what went wrong? Continually, he asked himself questions over and over about what he could have done differently. Should he have talked to his son more about the dangers of using drugs? 

During Mark’s teen years, marijuana was found in his room and his parents knew drinking beer happened on occasion. His father stated, “Although I worried about these activities, I never saw this as a life threatening behavior. In no way did I believe that Mark had an addiction problem.” 

Unfortunately, for Phil and his wife, there were no do-overs…they wanted to know what they did wrong…
